2. Are you licensed and certified to work on public projects?
Yes. TC Construction is fully licensed, bonded, and insured in the state of California.

We are registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and maintain compliance with all prevailing wage, OSHA, and public works requirements.

 

3. Do you work with federal, state, or local agencies?
We work with all three. Our team is experienced in navigating the procurement processes for municipalities, counties, school districts, and state agencies. We are also registered in SAM.gov and can pursue federal opportunities when applicable.

 

4. What is your experience with prevailing wage and certified payroll?
We have extensive experience managing prevailing wage projects and submitting certified payroll reports in compliance with California DIR and federal Davis-Bacon Act standards. Our administrative team ensures full transparency and audit readiness.

 

5. Can you handle emergency or time-sensitive government contracts?
Yes. We are equipped to mobilize quickly for emergency response, disaster recovery, and urgent infrastructure repairs. Our team is trained in FEMA and Cal OES protocols and can assist with documentation for reimbursement.

 

6. Do you offer design-build or CMAR services?
Absolutely. We provide both design-build and Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) delivery models.
